How to Use Smart Promos:

  1. Log in to your account in the Partner Portal
  2. Navigate to Calculate & Apply
  3. Choose Use Smart Promos
  4. Select your maximum partner fee
  5. Enter the purchase amount (optional)
  6. Click Create Your Estimates
  7. Choose Invite to all to send the estimates to your customer

How to Set Your Account Preferences:


Set a standard partner fee for all employees, or customize it per application.
This is a set it and forget it setting (Manager access only; Applies to all employees)

  1. Go to Settings and select Promotional Programs
  2. Open Smart Promos and toggle it on or off
  3. Choose whether to use Smart Promos by default (Yes or No)
  4. Select the maximum cost to partner (This will apply to all employees using Smart Promos)
  5. Save your changes

Smart Promos creates optimized financing estimates with a single click. It applies the right promotions and costs automatically, giving your customer multiple payment options to choose from.

  1. Smart Promos is ready for you and your employees to use in the Partner Portal now! Simply log into the Partner Portal and click Calculate and Apply to use it.
  2. There is an option to set a maximum dealer fee that will apply to all employees in your business. If you choose to enable a maximum dealer fee, go to Settings → Promotional Programs → Smart Promos.
